Vachara has served his assistant professor in the Civil Engineering Department at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He earned his Ph.D. from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in Australia. His research interests include advanced construction innovations such as 3D point cloud, mixed reality, and metaverse building information modeling (BIM). Additionally, he is working on construction automation, IoT, robotics, smart construction, artificial intelligence, and machine learning for construction project improvement in safety and quality management. Furthermore, he also conducts research in the area of organizational learning and knowledge management aspects.
Noppadon Jokkaw is an associate professor with a profound focus on integrating innovative techniques into construction and infrastructure sectors. He has significantly contributed to pivotal studies exploring the impact of human resource management and knowledge management on non-financial organizational performance, especially within Thai infrastructure construction firms. Notably, his work on real-time fire evacuation systems, utilizing the fusion of Building Information Modeling and Augmented Reality, is a testament to his dedication to harnessing cutting-edge technologies for improved safety and efficiency. Based at the prominent lab, his contributions to the field are evident through his published articles in reputed journals.
Tanit Tongthong is an accomplished leader currently of Pre-Built PCL as its Managing Director. His academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, a Master's degree from the University of Missouri, USA., and B.Eng from Chulalongkorn University. With a distinguished career encompassing roles such as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director, he has exhibited astute corporate governance. Formerly, he served as the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering and Vice President of Chulalongkorn University, showcasing his adeptness in academic and administrative leadership. He's versatile expertise remains instrumental in both corporate, research, and educational spheres.

Napatsorn Rattanacho graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the Civil Engineering Department from the Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkhla University. Her research focuses on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Following her studies, she worked as a Novade technical support at VR Digital Co., Ltd for a year. Currently, her research interests include unit prices of materials, web scraping data for calculating government construction prices, data design, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in construction engineering projects.

He is dedicated to continuously learning and incorporating emerging technologies to contribute to the advancement and efficiency of construction practices.

He is developing a smart web-based system using cloud technology to manage these chemicals effectively in real-time.

He received his Bachelor's Degree, BEng (Hons), in Civil & Construction Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton. His research interests mainly focus on the application of 3D point cloud data in the construction industry, including Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) technology, quality inspection using laser scanning technology in building construction, and the inspection of internal finishing wall quality through laser scanning.

He specialized as Site Engineer for Structural work in residential projects with 2 years of working experience in Myanmar. Furthermore, he served as a Quality Inspection Engineer for over 2 years, focusing on Architectural finishing works in high-rise building project. His research interest is currently to get specific topic related with defect management and quality inspection in construction projects by using automated technologies such as point cloud or machine learning.
